Product Description

YEJ series braking motors are total enclosed fan cool squirrel-cage tri phase induction motors,it have an append braking disc,by dc power .fast braking,simple structure,high stability.the brake has a handede release structure(63-90 frame without this device),wide applied to any transmission that need rapid stop,exact positioning.the motors according with standard JB/T6456-1992,this motors wide applied to layhe machine wood machine food processing equipment chem engineering prcking machine textile machine architectural machine gear reducer etc.

2.PRINCIPLE—STRUCTURE：

The DC braking disc append to non dirve endshiled of motor,when the motor start while the DC current entry to coil of brake,the magnetic core attract the armature and compress the spring the braking disc and armature separate togather,the motor shaft rotate free .when turn off the power of motor while electric magnetic force is loss the spring is relax the braking disc and armature contact each other,the motor are rapid stop.for frictional torque.every mofel motor has a correspond DC rectifier, this factory provide the YDEJ dual speed(multic speed far pole ratio)motors.the brake power on terminal box of motor.up 3KW:AC220V-DC99V.more4KW:AC380V-DC170V(special requirement:dc24V)
